Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lockeroom mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Lockeroom
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lockeroom. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Coaches are responsible for the groups they create and the athletes they invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. That includes not attempting to access data you're not authorized to see, not uploading unlawful or harmful content, not harassing other users, and not interfering with the operation or security of the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create, including programs, logs, notes, photos, and messages. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the groups you participate in.
5. Health and fitness disclaimer
Lockeroom is a tool for organizing training; it is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. AI-generated analysis is informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. It supports, but does not replace, the judgment of a qualified coach or healthcare professional. Always consult a professional before starting or changing an exercise program. You train at your own risk.
6. Service availability
We are actively developing Lockeroom. The Service may change, contain errors, or be interrupted, and features may be added or removed over time. We provide the Service "as is" as we continue to improve it.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Athletes use Lockeroom for free. Coaches require a paid subscription to create and manage athletes. We currently offer two auto-renewing subscription plans: Pro and Team. New subscribers to Pro receive a 7-day free trial; the Team plan does not include a free trial. The current price and plan details are shown in the app before you subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription automatically renews and your Apple ID is charged the then-current price for the next period. Where applicable, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage your subscription, change plans, or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device's Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. We may change subscription pricing or plans on a going-forward basis, and will disclose any change before it takes effect.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lockeroom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
