Common questions

How do I join my coach's group?

Ask your coach for their 6-character join code, then enter it in the app under "Join a group." You'll appear on their roster immediately.

I'm a coach — how do athletes find me?

Create a group and share your join code, or invite athletes by email from the group screen. Each athlete enters the code once to join.

My prescribed workout isn't showing up.

Make sure your coach has assigned you an active program and that today falls within its schedule. Flexible programs show your next uncompleted training day; fixed programs follow the weekday calendar. Fully close and reopen the app to pull the latest update.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Notifications are controlled in your device Settings under Lockeroom. You can also adjust permissions when the app first asks.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Profile, and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your personal data and training records. If you're the owner of a group, transfer or delete that group first. Need help? Email privacy@lockeroom.app and we'll take care of it.

Is Lockeroom on Android?

Lockeroom is built cross-platform and an Android release is planned. During the current beta it's available on iPhone and iPad via TestFlight.
