How it works

From a blank week to a coached roster in four steps.

Lockeroom closes the loop between the program you write and the work that actually happens on the gym floor.

01

Spin up your room

Create a group and share a 6-character join code. Athletes are in within seconds — no emails to chase.

02

Build the program

Lay out weeks, days, and exercises with per-set targets — reps, weight, RPE, ranges, even cardio and treadmill.

03

Athletes log the work

Today's prescribed workout auto-loads. They fill targets in a tap and check off each set as they go.

04

You see everything

Charts, calendars, leaderboards, and an AI weekly read on every athlete — so nothing slips through.

Everything in one place

Built for the way coaching actually works.

Each piece is designed to take work off your plate — not add another tab to manage.

Multi-week program builder

Weeks, days, rest days, supersets of targets. Duplicate a day or a whole week, reorder by drag, and assign to any athlete.

Set-by-set logging

A clean Strong-style set table. Prescribed workouts auto-load, "fill all targets" is one tap, and every set checks off as it's done.

Progress that tells a story

Time-scaled strength and bodyweight charts with estimated 1RM trends, plus a calendar that opens any day's full session.

AI athlete analysis

A weekly read on each athlete — what went well, what to watch, and what to do next — generated from their real training data.

Leaderboards

Rank the room by estimated 1RM on any lift, or by weight lost and gained. Healthy competition that keeps athletes logging.

In-person scheduling

Book 1:1 sessions with date, time, and location. Athletes get a push and a gold badge on their calendar — reschedule or cancel anytime.

Announcements

Post to the whole room with likes and replies. Pin what matters. Everyone gets notified — no more lost group-chat messages.

Push notifications

New programs, session reminders, announcements, and replies land on the lock screen the moment they happen.

Private by design

Row-level security means athletes only ever see their own data, and coaches only see their own roster. Your room stays yours.

For trainers & coaches

Coach one client or a hundred — without dropping any.

Whether you're a personal trainer with a handful of 1:1 clients or a coach running a full team, write the program once and let Lockeroom surface who needs you this week.

  • One program, every client. Assign with a per-athlete start date — everyone runs their own week, on their own schedule.
  • A weekly AI read on each athlete. Compliance, volume, and RPE trends turned into "do this next."
  • Drill into any athlete. Their calendar, charts, and full session history — every set, every note.
  • Run your room. Announcements, leaderboards, and 1:1 session scheduling keep everyone engaged.

For athletes

Show up, follow the plan, watch the numbers climb.

No more screenshots of a spreadsheet. Your coach's program is right there, ready to log.

  • Today's workout, ready to go. Your prescribed sets auto-load — fill targets in a tap, check them off as you lift.
  • See your strength climb. Estimated 1RM trends, PRs, and bodyweight on real time-scaled charts.
  • Climb the leaderboard. See where you stack up against the room on your best lifts.
  • Stay in the loop. Session reminders and coach announcements come straight to your phone.
The difference

An assistant coach that reads every athlete's week for you.

Lockeroom turns each athlete's sessions, lifts, and RPE into a plain-English weekly briefing — so you walk into every session already knowing the story. It's the part no spreadsheet can do.

Weekly analysis · Marcus R. · Jun 9–15
Bench is stalling while RPE climbs — that's accumulated fatigue, not a plateau.

Do next
1Deload bench next week — 3×5 at 185 lb (~80%) to clear the fatigue.
2Keep squat progressing: add 5 lb to top sets, it's still moving clean.
Went well
Squat e1RM up 8 lb (315 → 323) at the same RPE — textbook progress.
Perfect compliance — all 4 sessions logged on schedule.
Watch
Bench top-set RPE crept 7 → 9 over 3 weeks with no added load.
Sleep averaged 5.4 h on training days — likely capping recovery.
FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

Strength and personal-training coaches who run programming for one or many athletes — and the athletes following those programs. Whether it's a single 1:1 client or a full roster, both sides share one connected app.

You create a group and share a 6-character join code. Athletes enter it once and they're in — no email invites required, though you can invite by email too.

Strength (sets, reps, weight, RPE, and rep ranges like 8–12), bodyweight, timed holds, cardio by distance or duration, and treadmill work with speed and incline. You can build fixed weekly schedules or flexible self-paced programs with rest days.

For any athlete, Lockeroom reviews their recent sessions, lifts, and recovery signals and produces a short weekly briefing: what went well, what to watch, and concrete next steps. You stay the coach — it just does the reading for you.

Yes. Access is enforced at the database level — athletes only ever see their own training data, and coaches only see athletes in their own groups. You can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

Lockeroom is free while we onboard our first coaches and trainers. It's in open beta on TestFlight for iPhone and iPad now, with a public App Store release on the way — tap Get the app to grab it.
